The double rooms of this category are about 12 m2 and are located on the 2nd floor of our house. Due to their size, these rooms can be used as single rooms, as well. They are all equipped with a bathroom including shower and toilet, a flat TV with satellite TV, a double bed, seating and a wardrobe. Plus, all of these rooms have a balcony.
Out of consideration for our other guests, smoking is prohibited in the whole house.

BOOKING INFORMATION (ROOMS):
The room prices are per day and person including breakfast. The visitor’s tax of € 2.50 per day and person (for everyone 15 years and older) is charged separately. For stays of up to three nights you have to pay a surcharge of € 12.00 per person and day.
The General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable (AGBH 2006).
THE USE OF OUR SAUNA (ROOMS):
The use of sauna is only included in the price for stays of a minimum of 7 days. The sauna is only open on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you want to use the sauna during stays of less than 7 days, you have to pay a charge of € 9.00 per person.
We have to ask for your understanding that the sauna is only heated for a minimum of 4 people.
