The double rooms of category 1 have about 21 m2 and are located on the 2nd floor of our house. They are all equipped with a bathroom including shower and toilet, a flat TV with satellite TV, a double bed, seating and a wardrobe. Plus, all of these rooms have a balcony.
Out of consideration for our other guests, smoking is prohibited in the whole house.

BOOKING INFORMATION (ROOMS):
The room prices are per day and person including breakfast. The visitor’s tax of € 2.50 per day and person (for everyone 15 years and older) is charged separately. For stays of up to three nights you have to pay a surcharge of € 12.00 per person and day.
The General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable (AGBH 2006).
THE USE OF OUR SAUNA (ROOMS):
The use of sauna is only included in the price for stays of a minimum of 7 days. The sauna is only open on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you want to use the sauna during stays of less than 7 days, you have to pay a charge of € 9.00 per person.
We have to ask for your understanding that the sauna is only heated for a minimum of 4 people.
