This apartment is spread over 4 floors and is equipped with 10 separate bedrooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor, which all have their own shower and toilet, as well as a flat TV with satellite TV. There is a spacious living room with a large kitchen on the ground floor including dishwasher, hob/oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine.
The following rooms belong to this apartment: room “Wilhelm” on the 1st floor, as well as two rooms from type 1, two rooms from type 2 and two rooms from type 3 on the 2nd floor of our house, as well as three more rooms, two type 1 rooms and one type 2 room on the 3rd floor of our house.

BOOKING INFORMATION (APARTMENTS):
The apartment prices are per day and apartment not including breakfast. The visitor’s tax of € 2.50 per day and person (for everyone 15 years and older) and the final cleaning is charged separately. For stays of up to three nights you have to pay a surcharge of € 10.00 per person and day.
The General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable (AGBH 2006).
THE USE OF OUR SAUNA (APARTMENTS):
The use of sauna is only included in the price for stays of a minimum of 7 days. The sauna is only open on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you want to use the sauna during stays of less than 7 days, you have to pay a charge of € 9.00 per person.
We have to ask for your understanding that the sauna is only heated for a minimum of 4 people.
BREAKFAST SERVICE (APARTMENTS):
The apartments all have a fully equipped kitchen allowing you to cook for yourself. Those who want to start their day with fresh baked goods can order the breakfast service from the local bakery.
On request you can also book the apartments with breakfast and enjoy a delicious start into the day at our generous breakfast buffet. The breakfast is charged separately. It is served at our spacious breakfast room.
