This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house and is equipped with 3 separate bedrooms, which all have their own shower and toilet, as well as a flat TV with satellite TV. There is a spacious living room with a kitchenette including dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine.

BOOKING INFORMATION (APARTMENTS):
The apartment prices are per day and apartment not including breakfast. The visitor’s tax of € 2.50 per day and person (for everyone 15 years and older) and the final cleaning is charged separately. For stays of up to three nights you have to pay a surcharge of € 10.00 per person and day.
The General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable (AGBH 2006).
THE USE OF OUR SAUNA (APARTMENTS):
The use of sauna is only included in the price for stays of a minimum of 7 days. The sauna is only open on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you want to use the sauna during stays of less than 7 days, you have to pay a charge of € 9.00 per person.
We have to ask for your understanding that the sauna is only heated for a minimum of 4 people.
BREAKFAST SERVICE (APARTMENTS):
The apartments all have a fully equipped kitchen allowing you to cook for yourself. Those who want to start their day with fresh baked goods can order the breakfast service from the local bakery.
On request you can also book the apartments with breakfast and enjoy a delicious start into the day at our generous breakfast buffet. The breakfast is charged separately. It is served at our spacious breakfast room.
